Captain O’Connell, head of the Night City Police Department, has been having multiple extramarital affairs. It’s an open secret within the NCPD. Many of his peers and subordinates keep this secret for him, albeit not very well.
Captain O’Connell regularly frequents local braindance parlors within the city, as well as a Dollhouse known as “Dreams” where many well-suited clients come to seek pleasure and pain alike.
Captain O’Connell spends an exorbidant amount of money for the services provided by the dancers and dolls. How he can afford to support this lifestyle is the question.
